On March 27, 2024, the MBIT Lab convened the lab's March meeting under the leadership of Prof. Xu. The agenda encompassed various topics such as research development, frontier exploration, and group discussions.

    Prof. Xu extended a warm welcome to the new members, encouraging them to introduce themselves. He then outlined the current cutting-edge research on vascularization and emphasized the importance of collective effort in advancing scientific solutions. With graduation season nearing, Dr. Mingzhai Sun briefed attendees on the graduation process for master's and doctoral programs, stressing the increasing stringency of thesis requirements due to review system reforms. Ms. Xiaomin Zhang reiterated the procurement and reimbursement processes relevant to scientific research, equipping students with practical knowledge. The meeting concluded with focused small group discussions on project direction, experiment progress, and encountered challenges. This interactive session facilitated enhanced communication, understanding, and progress within the group.

    Overall, the meeting provided a platform for communication, learning, and problem-solving, contributing to the advancement of laboratory work.
