On January 21, 2024, Prof. Xu hosted the lab's January meeting. The meeting covered a wide range of topics, including cutting-edge research, daily management of the lab, recognition of outstanding students, research life and project planning, and birthday celebrations for team members.

    At the meeting, Prof. Xu first shared the latest scientific research progress and laboratory management of the group. Then, Ms. Zhang Xiaomin once again explained the procurement and reimbursement process related to research, providing the students with the necessary knowledge of daily affairs. After that, Dongqi Ma and Liang Xu were awarded "Star of the Month" and "Star of Scientific Research" for their outstanding performance in daily work and scientific research, respectively, in recognition of their contribution to the laboratory. In the end, Ms. Zhang prepared delicious cakes for the students who had birthdays in January, and we all celebrated their birthdays by sending blessings to them.

    The highlight of the meeting was Prof. Xu's invitation to Prof. Jiang Jianhua to give a lecture on "Research Experience" on how graduate students identify and solve problems in scientific research, which provided a valuable opportunity for academic discussion for the group members.

    The whole meeting provided a platform for the group members to communicate and learn, and everyone actively participated in the meeting with a warm atmosphere. This meeting not only promoted communication and cooperation among the group members but also allowed the students to show their achievements, which greatly promoted the scientific research work of the whole group.
