On May 12, 2024, Prof. Xu hosted this month's group meeting. At the outset, he analyzed this year's Ph.D. enrollment situation, highlighting that "Opportunities are for those who are prepared," and "Not only should one work hard, but also look up and see the way." Furthermore, Prof. Xu underscored the need to strengthen research cohesion and promote a model where Ph.D. students guide master's students.

    Then, Ms. Xiaomin Zhang once again explained the procurement and reimbursement process related to research, providing the students with the necessary knowledge of daily affairs. Subsequently, Dr. Ru Zhang emphasized the current safety hazards concerning cell culture room, which directly relate to the safety of every student and require special attention.

    Next, let's congratulate students Ao Zhang and Shilu Zhu for winning this month's "Star of the Month" and "Star of Scientific Research" for their outstanding performance in daily work and scientific research, respectively.
