On April 13, 2025, MBIT laboratory held its annual spring team-building event in Hefei.

In the morning, the group gathered at the foot of DaShu Mountain, a famous and scenic forest park, and hiked to the summit while enjoying the natural beauty.

After lunch, Professor Xu hosted a meeting where he shared insights gained during his international research visits, encouraging everyone to pursue scientific work with diligence and dedication.

During this meeting, Ms. Wang Hongyan, a professional calligrapher and painter, was invited as a special guest to deepen our knowledge of earthquake and experience the cultural influence of painting and calligraphy. She shared valuable knowledge to enhance the team’s understanding of seismology and traditional Chinese art, and through live calligraphy and painting demonstrations, conveyed wishes for MBIT Lab’s development and continuous progress. Her vivid artwork and powerful brushstrokes impressed all attendees.

This event combined physical exercise with artistic immersion, offering a well-rounded and enriching team-building experience that strengthened both body and mind.
